Don Herrmann, president and owner of The Herrmann Consulting Group, brings over 30 years of executive level Human Resources and business management experience to meet the needs of its customers.  Serving as the top HR executive in private, Fortune 1000, and public companies, Don has provided his employers and customers, collectively, over $100M in performance improvement and outcomes directly impacting the bottom line.  He has participated in over 70 Merger & Acquisitions from due diligence through post-acquisition integration.  Don's industry experience includes distribution, logistics, financial services, technology, health care, light manufacturing, aerospace and defense.  He completed a career in the U.S. Army where his duties took him around the globe with unique assignments at the White House, the Pentagon and the United Nations.

Don has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Illinois University, a Masters in Business Administration from Brenau University and additional Graduate work with Central Michigan University.  Additionally, Don is a:
